I can’t recommend Dr. Schull’s metabolic reset enough. I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I’ve never felt normal, I’ve either been sickly thin from starving myself or obese from lack of control. This program was pretty much my last chance. The materials were easy to understand and follow.
